I suggest you answer your phone since it is labeled Cudtomer Support.
Sending customers to your web page is not customer support.
I am having a problem getting out of your Back to Basics level.
It doesn't help a "newby" a great deal if they are unable to progress to your 22 levels.
There is nowhere mentioned, in your booklet, another step to get started.

I continued to attempt to get from Back to Basics to other levels in Yager. After about 8 or 9 tries I found if you do not follow the scripted suggestion, and leave the tests at your leasure another phase of training follows.
I have not gone far. I hope this will continue.
