Help please, I am in the Library and I can not seem to get what is needed or even get out. I have jumped in and out of the vents. Pushed the cart which doesn't seem like it there for anything. What am I missing?

I too can't figure the cart.Listen,at the top of the stairs go left to security office,go in.See the computer?go to it and remove the disk.Nowexit the room go straight ahead to find a vent over head at the end.Climb in and go to end.See the guard,kill him and at the bottom there's a desk get your paper.Hope this helps.As for the cart I'm stuck too,sorry.
