I'm having dirty lense issues. Does anybody know of a good product that cleans the Xbox lense? Any recommendations appreciated. I'd hate to just pick one out of the air.

Just a coupleof questions for statistical purposes:
How long and how hard have you been using yor xbox (from new) untill this issue occur? ..I mean..how long an xbox can work properly before getting it's lens dirty or whatever?

I've been using it a lot. Maybe too much since I bought this game! I've had it for about 2 yrs. How dirty it gets probably depends on a lot of things. How much dust is in the air is probably the biggest factor. I've been getting the 'dirty disc' prompt a lot. Of course, when you look at the disk it's squeaky clean. I posted in the forum before about a "freeze" issue I had. So I'm assuming it's lense. If anybody can recommend a product that helps clean it I would be very appreciative.

Maxell makes a disc specially made for X-Box and PS2 that works like a charm. My xbox was doing the same thing but once I used that disc...worked like it was brand new

Lol, ignore them. They obviously are jealous that you give better advice than they can.
