Hold down the 2 triggers, X + Y (at the same time) in the PRESS START menu page and press START. This will unlock everything in Quick Race, Tune and Race and all car parts in Adventure mode. Well my friend, I would suggest checking with Babylon, since we did not publish the PS2 Version of the game, which I believe is only available in Europe.
