Where is the control core crawl space on last level before fighting Ras want to get the right ending

You need to walk into the Demon's Head door that leads you to a large room that has a huge column in the center, which is guarded by a few scientists.

Beat them up and then jump INTO the center core and look for a flashing red light. Use your Universal Tool and then follow the computer screen prompts to disengage the doomsday device.

Then you will use your bat grapple to climb up and flip out of the center and then go kick some Ninja, Ubu, Ras booty
