No I was reffering to the hit percentage numbers on the battle animations. He said he hadn't noticed a change and if you look at the numbers in the info boxs during the animations you can see that higher ranked units have a higher hit percetage as compared to lower ranked ones.

Speaking of which, I still need to get around to getting those hard numbers. Confused
