Did anyone else find this to be a fun level? I made red and yellow enemies because I am not very good at this game, but so far I am doing pretty well holding off red's army with my sea and air army consisting of: 2 A-10 Thunderbolts, 1 B1-B Lancer, 2 interceptors of some kind, 3 or 4 Ticonderogas, one of which is probably about to die, and a Zumwalt.

The tide has turned now... My army was slaughtered when I pressed the assault to red's capital. Now all I have left is an Osprey with an infantry, a Ticonderoga, a Zumwalt, and my land forces on my home island.

Ouch, you should post an AAR once you finish the battle.
As far as this map is concered, I haven't really tried the Moon Battle map because the map hasn't really got my interest.

I'm probably not going to finish the battle. I'm really bad at this game, and I never feel like sticking with a battle when it gets tough. I can guard my base easily but it seems impossible to take an enemy capital. Now that I think about it, Moon Attacks isn't that great a level. It's just 3 islands. That's the good part about Dai Senryaku, though: Even the bad levels can be fun.

Eep, not a great battle, but never fear, the tacticians are here! You might scope out JVGFanatic's FAQ at Gamefaqs, and also my own personal 20 page strategy guide (it's part of JVG's larger FAQ) for some tips and tricks. As far as this one battle goes, forget it, I never really liked Moon Attacks much (for different reasons - I beat it too easily ). The important thing to remember about being good at this game is that first you must become familiar with the units, and what their purposes are, how best to use them, and how to identify what your enemies are packing.
Surf through the various posts here, or ask your own questions, I assure you someone here will be able to answer your question. Stick with it, it's a great game, but it's one that takes a measure of patience .

I've stuck with the game, just not the individual missions. I've had it since April.
