I was able to get past the rotating lasers and down the stairs to where there are 4 dials. Which ones are to turned to what? I've been stuck on this for several hours.
And was I supposed to swipe a card before the retina scanner behind me?

Use your Visor. You will see the inside of the door. Turn the four locks so the arrows (on the inside of the door) are all pointing to the center. THis will unlock the vault. THen use your visor again inside the vault to find the bonds. Let me know if you need any more help. icon_twisted.gif
